Cea mai simpla dieta din lume

Dati jos 4 kilograme in 5 zile !
Nu trebuie sa va infometati * Nu trebuie sa calculati caloriile * Aveti liber la ciocolata !
Cea mai simpla, rapida si eficienta cura de slabire este recomandata de specialistii cotidianului german "BILD". Vestea buna este ca nu trebuie sa va infometati.
  1. Se mananca micul dejun, pranzul, cina si doua gustari.
  2. Fiecare fel de mancare este notat cu un numar de stele.
  3. Daca consumati echivalentul a maximum 8 stele / zi , slabiti 4 Kg in 5 zile.
  4. Daca consumati echivalentul a 12 stele / zi, slabiti 2 Kg in 5 zile. Este foarte important sa notati cu strictete tot ce mancati, indiferent daca este vorba despre un mar sau despre un patratel de ciocolata.
Important: beti zilnic 2 litri de apa plata / minerala sau sucuri de fructe fara zahar adaugat.
MIC DEJUN
  • omleta cu branza  (150 g)                                                                                       **

  • sunca prajita (150 g) si 300 g varza murata                                                                ***

  • o jumatate de chifla cu sunca si o lingurita de margarina                                                 **
GUSTARE
